Definitely see your doctor to get a physio referral. That's a big gap. What have you been doing? Whatever you do, don't do any ab exercises!

I had a 6+ separation so I understand your frustration. There are exercises and programs out online that can help. For me, mine honestly and thankfully healed on its own. Took 10months but my separation is 1 now and the depth of my gap is nearly gone. For some it is time, others it is exercise and for the rest it may be surgery.
