So, not breastfeeding and I FINALLY got my first postpartum period at 12 weeks.

I'm usually a tampon wearer, so that's what I used the first few hours of bleeding and man it was super uncomfortable and was borderline painful, so I had to opt for using the rest of my big fat postbirth pads instead. I only got a small outer tear when giving birth that was only skin deep.

Anyone else find tampons to be painful after having their baby?

I'd like to add sex doesnt hurt..so not sure why a tiny tampon does.

Also...when I had the tampon in SOMEHOW a huge chunk of fleshy bloody lining came out and was in my underwear... how the hell did it get out around the tampon lol
