So I’ve been having NST twice a week and frequent measurement ultrasounds for the baby due to gestational hypertension. Today we found out he’s measuring 27 weeks I’m 29 weeks so two weeks behind. The Dr mentioned that my placenta wasn’t working like they would expect it to and the blood flow through the umbilical cord is not where they would hope it would be. Does anyone have any experience/knowledge with something like this? Can’t say I’m not worried (kinda freaking out a bit). Just hoping and praying our little boy will be ok.
