Velamentous cord and csection?

Anyone had this? Did your doctor recommend csection for it to avoid complications?

I have marginal which isn’t as severe and they are recommending a csection for me.

I recently got diagnosed with velamentous cord insertion and low lying placenta (1cm above cervix) just afternoon my 20 week ultrasound. I got sent to a specialist. They said that as long as my placenta moves, I can have a natural birth but that they will induce me at 39 weeks as a precaution. Obviously if it doesn’t move then I will need csection.
