Flu shot

For those moms who have already done six months shots, we added a flu shot to this round. Have any of you guys noticed a greater reaction with a fever in adding the flu shot? This is the first round of shots that my little one has gotten us either with, he got them yesterday around 430 and spiked a fever this morning and a low-grade one for throughout the day. I’m trying to figure out if it is teething, flu shot or regular shots… Or combination of all three.
