I was induced all three of my pregnancy.  I just had my daughter in September and I went all the way to 41 weeks and 1 day and had to be induced.

I was induced with my first because he was late then induced with my second five years later because my Dr don’t like to go past 39 weeks and I was happy to get him out lol I was actually 4 cm each time before any of the induction started

I was induced for being “overdue” with my first. I will not be doing so with this pregnancy. It was a failed induction my body wasn’t ready 36 hrs of painful (crying pain) that did nothing to dilate me ending in c-section. I’ve since learned that normal pregnancy can last much longer than the “normal”. I became a doula and got a homebirth midwife this time around. And will happily(maybe not happy but will do so) go to 44 weeks as long as myself and baby are healthy.
