C-section scheduled for Saturday, and our whole family has gotten a cold!

I am so stressed. My c-section is scheduled for 3 days from today. My toddler started coughing and getting hoarse a couple of days ago, but I noticed it was worse yesterday. My husband complained of his throat hurting yesterday. And I woke up about 4am and noticed that my chest is sore when I breathe in like I am getting chest cold. I am worried about how this will affect my poor baby, coming from a sterile environment to all of us possibly having a cold bug! Anything I can do between now and then to help get rid of it?
