5 days pp

I have had high blood pressure before I got pregnant, the whole time it was fine even through delivery. Yesterday I woke up with a headache. I took Tylenol and ibuprofen as I could and it didn’t touch the headache. I got worse around dinner. I called the on call OB and they said come to triage At one point it was severe when I got there they were super concerned about it and they gave me something for the headache and gave me something for the BP. It had came down not a whole bunch but where they weren’t as worried.

My bloodwork came back good, I was able to go home an go to bed my husband got up with the baby all night and I have been checking my pressures as it is showing real high on left side and normal on right? Has anyone had this or know anything? Kind of hard to determine what is what an That’s the only arm the monitored last night every 15mins. So I’m concerned about it not knowing much about that. This morning still sort of a headache almost like a hangover im sure it’s got something to do with all these bodily changes and no sleep, not eating enough probably not drinking enough and not resting as much as I should. If anyone has had anything like this or knows of anything like this please let me know.
