How much water is everyone drinking?

Almost a gallon. Anywhere from 96oz to 128oz (or at least trying to). The average recommendation for pregnant women is about that much. 
I use a 32oz hydro flask and fill it at least three times a day. My obgyn said 3-4 of those is perfect.
