Almost unbearable

Okay. So I am pretty sure I ovulated either yesterday or the day before. I had sex last night and everything was fine... until exactly afterwards. My uterus was in excruciating pain and cramping. I almost felt sick to my stomach. Today it just feels super tender and achey. This is totally random and weird. I’m kind of scared to be honest because I have no idea what could cause it. My body was prepared to have sex so I know it couldn’t be because I rushed into it. Ugh idk. Please help!
