1 cm Dilated...does that mean I will deliver soon?

First baby, tons of Braxton Hicks, 37 weeks pregnant, lot of hip/groin pain, and 1 cm dilated. How likely is it that I will deliver soon?

Dilation is no real indicator of labor. You could be at a 1 for weeks.
