Am I really pregnant?

Is it possible to mistake a suppose to be “period” for implantation bleeding? November 3rd I got my period but it wasn’t suppose to come until November 7th. I’m wondering was it implantation bleeding or early pregnancy bleeding I have heard women say it happens to them. I’m curious I’m scheduling a docs appointment sometime next week. This app says I’m 6weeks but idk. Any thoughts ladies??

If you were filling a pad, highly unlikely to be implantation bleeding and probably was you period. Take a test to be sure but it will probably be negative, sorry...

Implantation bleeding tends to be very light. Generally only visible when you’re wiping!

Take a test. Being scared to test will only prolong your answer. You can’t know you’re pregnant until you start with a home test or go to the doctor

This is my first time being pregnant, I had 2 days of implementation bleeding. I thought I was starting my period but it was very light light spotting dark and bright. I go in for my ultrasound next week!
