Miscarriage already 🥺

I had bleeding I waited waited and hoped everything was ok then my back started hurting and I bled more this time passing clots when I pee and my lower stomach begins to hurt . Ik something was wrong going today to see if I lost the baby at 6 weeks and 5 days 🥺. I just saw the heartbeat too the doctor saw my gestational sac was abnormal and the heartbeat was low 😕 I’ve never experienced loss before ? I have a one year old son ! How do I cope😖 with something like this ☹️
