So while buckling our kiddo in this week hubby noticed the car seat harness is starting to fray, not just fuzz but actually into the threads of the strap. We travel a lot due to us living 900 miles from family and are about to make a long drive back home from a recent visit. The seat is already out of warranty so Graco won’t do anything to replace the harness. Would you mamas just go ahead and replace the seat since it’s such a long drive or would you wait and order a new harness? It doesn’t look terrible but after reading on line its got me worried about it.
