PAPP A lower than average ?

Question

Hi there, 
I’m 15weeks and I received a letter saying that they have checked my latest blood work and my hormone PAPP A is lower then the average. I will need to have 3 weeks interval scan after 26 weeks until I give birth. 
It can be really serious and I’m concerned as I m already a “ high risk pregnancy” due to preeclampsia at the end of my first pregnancy. 
Anyone in the same boat or heard anything regarding this ??

Had it with my son. He also had a velementous ford insertion. We had monthly then biweekly and then weekly biophysical profiles (ultrasounds) and non stress tests. He was fine and was just smaller, always at about 11th percentile. I was induced at 39 weeks because of the cord and placenta risks he was born perfectly healthy at 6 lbs 5oz
