Strep and antibiotics and coworkers

So I had strep and I had to be on antibiotics. I am finished with them, and over my strep. I got it from work so it’s going around to coworkers and it came waves. I was in the first wave and now the second wave is hitting. I have a coworker who was refusing to take off work to see a doctor because she needed the money even though she clearly felt like shit and wasn’t getting much done, despite what everyone was telling her and then eventually got sent home and ordered to see a doctor. Lo and behold she has strep too.

So I’m saying if I get strep again I’m going to be livid. I have a shit immune system due to a chronic illness so strep kicks my ass harder than it would a normal person with a healthy immune system. I was miserable. I get it, I need to work too I’ve already taken off for this and yall are trying to stay at work while contagious. I can’t take off more than I have and it’s never gonna go away unless we take care of ourselves and be considerate you know?. So my question is

Since I’ve been on a round of antibiotics and got rid of strep, should I still be worried about catching it again from being exposed to it a second time?
