My twelve year old sister just came to me because a guy I went to school with sent her a DM on instagram. The only thing it said was "hey". The minute she told me, I was livid. This guy knows she's still in middle school and he's 21-22 years old. I sent him a message confronting him and has yet to respond.

Should I put his predatory ass on blast or am I being crazy ?
