Trying to agree on a name

So my hubby and I are trying to think of a name for our second son. Our first son is named after my grandfather, Thomas. My husband really wants our second son to have a name from his side of the family and wants to use his dads name. The only problem is his dads name is Benjamin and we have a nephew named Benjamin. So my husband wants to use it as a middle name. Would you be mad if your little sister did this? I would talk to her about it but we don’t want anyone to know the name until he is born. Any advice?

PS we can’t use his dads middle name because then our child would be named Michael Jackson and we won’t do that lol

Edit: it’s my sister who named her son Benjamin and we want to use it to honor my husbands side of the family
