My three month old son

My son who will be three months on the 25th just screams and screams and scream but only when we are home. If we are out in public he is on his best behavior, usually just looks around or sleeps but the moment we get home he starts screaming. I fed him, I change him, I play with him, I hold him, I lay him down, whatever I do is not enough. We did find out he had a bacterial infection November 14th but he seemed to get better and idk.. we go to see his pediatrician on the 26th. I read that around this time they seem to get more fussy? Is anyone else’s three month old going through screaming fits?
