Almost 6 weeks pregnant and seem to cramp in the circled areas ?

the odd time it goes into my bank. but mainly those areas. sometimes it’s super noticeable and uncomfortable. other times it’s just dull aches. can’t see my doctor until the end of december so just want to know if it’s normal ?
