Can I still conceive ?

My ex gave me chlamydia in May right before I had my son. I was not aware of it. I had it all the way up until August. Then I had developed PID and got treated for that in September. I did not know he cheated nor gave me this infection until I started showing symptoms months later.. Do you ladies think I still have a chance of having more babies in the future?? I’m so depressed over this 😣😔
