So I currently am trying to get pregnant but my periods are irregular so it’s difficult for us to get pregnant. Is there anything that anyone has taking to regulate their periods ? I do not have insurance nor am I eligible for it so it’s difficult for me to go to the doctors. Any pills y’all took ? Or just any tips anyone ?

Do you know if you have PCOS? Diet can really help regulate for women with PCOS. Also when you get insurance try going to a hormone doctor and getting blood work. They'll prescribe metformin and it had been really helping me the last few months. Best of luck and baby dust!

I have extremely regular periods but multiple of my friends have wildly irregular periods and the only way they were able to get pregnant were with Opks/basal body temping. They got the cheapies off amazon and most of them conceived within two cycles after starting opks

What do I do???
