8 weeks super gassy

This is so embarrassing but I’m only 8 weeks and I can’t stop burping, like huge gross burps, and I feel like it never ends and I’ve never actually getting relief. It’s uncomfortable and sometimes painful, and I can’t believe it’s already this bad so early on. I didn’t get this bad with my first until way later. Anyone else? Anyone have any suggestions bc I’m at my wits end.
