I need professional advice

Can any professional piercers give me some advice?? Soo I got my Tragus pierced about two weeks ago. Didn’t hurt at all for two days. Then it started hurting and pussing up. I was using H2Ocean on a q tip to clean it, more than two times a day. Didn’t really seem to be helping so I started using Dawn Dish soap to clean it (a piercer told me to use that to clean piercings. I use Dawn on my nipples when I start to discharge and it always helps) it seems to be helping some but it still hurts and it’s still pussing up. The puss looks white until I wipe it with a q tip. Then it looks green and it barely has a smell to it. Is there anything else I can do? I’m also taking ibuprofen for the pain and swelling and I just started using Neosporin (I’ve also used this on my piercings before and it helps) I hate to do it but I’m getting close to taking the jewelry out
