Is this high blood pressure? How accurate are the machines at walmart

Anyone else test their blood pressure at those machines at Walmart and get a high reading compared to the doctor? I know when mine is up and I dont say anything. Not always I test that way. How accurate are those things anyway? Just sometimes I feel super lightheaded and it goes up and other times I'm calm and it goes down. Eight now I'm feeling my pulse along with light headedness.

My doctor says the home monitoring machine can give difference about 30 mmHg. So I got 110/60 and all at home  at times but ,when I do it at the clinic it will be about bit higher than what I get at home. More like borderline. If you have normal BP the doctor will b okay with you using home monitoring device. If you are having high BP, he might give you certain instructions to follow, when using device at home.
