I’m feeling pain most where the big circle is, but it wraps all the way to my hips and lower back. Are those contractions?

It could be round ligament pain or Braxston hicks.

Most likely BH contractions with pressure on your sciatic nerve. My babys head is all the way down and pushing on my inguinal nerve on the right side and sciatic nerve on the left. Unless you have seen fluids- mucous plug, water breaking etc. its not likely active labor.
