Anyone know how to push bedtime back?
I feel like ever since daylight savings my baby girl can hardly make it to 6 pm anymore and then she’s up by 5 am everyday. I would love to push her bedtime back to 7 but she gets beyond miserable and if we try to let her take a third nap she goes into a deep sleep as if it’s nighttime.
Side note shes also a TERRIBLE napper 😐 today we had to vacuum while wearing her in a baby carrier to get her to nap 🤦🏻♀️
