I had a subchorionic hematoma last pregnancy and spotted from 6-7 weeks. Turned out okay and have a healthy 18month old. But if you’re worried call your doctor/nurse.

I spotted week 6-7 after I saw the heartbeat. I was FREAKING OUT, but every time I called they told me not to worry unless it was like the start of my period, or it could fill a pad or tampon. One of the doctors told me that sometimes there’s just old blood that needs to come out- especially if it’s brown, or dark red almost brown. I had a random gush the one night that i thought was a sign it was well over, and then 3 dats later we measured 7weeks4days exactly and the heartbeat was 163 bpm. 
If you’re worried, call your doctor. If you’re really worried, ask to come in. Try to take a deep breath or two (ironic since I felt like I couldn’t breathe at all that week). Hang in there!
