BD every other day during fertile window or EVERYday during fertile window??
Do sperm really need to “recharge” by taking a break or will doing it everyday increase your chances in general?

They did a study on this. As long as the male does not have fertility issues, every day does not harm anything.

I started switching it up every other month. One month every day during fertile period and next month every other and I got pregnant both ways. The  first one I miscarried but got pregnant again right away next cycle.

I would say to first use opk’s to help track your ovulation. And then best to BD every OTHER day either once your period ends, or once your fertile week begins. Then once you get a positive opk, BD that day and the 2-3 days after.

I always followed every other day but only because hubby had trouble doing it everyday and said it needed to recharge. Worked for us. Good luck
