5 months post partum!
Ladies, I'm here to tell you that working out while pregnant is the best thing you can do for your body and your baby (if you are able to!) I worked out up until I was 36 weeks. I did cycle, barre 2x a week and intermediate HIIT/strength. I was also very active before getting pregnant. I gained 52lbs but now at 5 months postpartum I have lost it all and feel better than ever!! (I still do barre twice a week, cycle and tabata).
