Energy, weight loss

So I’m wanting to lose weight and get into better shape! I also want to start eating better and gain more energy I work 2nd into 3rd shift and have 2 little ones at home so trying to keep up with them lately Is not easy I don’t necessarily want to diet I just want to eat and live healthier if that makes sense. I don’t drink pop only coffee and the occasional tea I try to stick to water but I don’t really know where to start with eating and living healthier nobody in my family is really healthy people and there overweight so don’t really have anyone to look up to but I want to better myself and my family! Does anybody have advice, tips, recipes, workouts, anything to maybe help me get to the right direction would be wonderful. Thank you 🙏
