How many of you in heterosexual relationships would let your man cum in you?

So I just go my iud put in about 3 weeks ago now. I know that neither of us have any stds or anything like that. My only concern is pregnancy. I know that the iud is over 99 percent effective but there doesn't seem to be any statistics on how many women just let them cum inside. How effective is it then? Is it something for concern? I haven't had my follow up appointment yet. However, I feel my strings and everything feels in place. So is it still safe? Let me know.

The clinical trial studies that produce the 99.4% effectiveness rating, whether they cum inside or not, participants of the study dont use any other method of birth control. So they arent using condoms with the iud etc. And you can get pregnant from precum. So you can assume that that % is correct for effectiveness. 
I have the hormonal iud. Ive used it a year and a half. We dont use condoms or pull out and I havent gotten pregnant.
