my mans has Adhd and he lives 3 hours away from me sometimes out of nowhere he'll just feel shittt and tells me he doesnt know why, i reallt want to help him but how? i try to be there for him but don't think its reallt working.. and he'll be all lovey dovet one minute then all ssadd??
