Weird cervix

So my cervix is suddenly pointing back and is extremely high?? I’ve been checking positions for a very long time and that’s never happened before. It’s so high I can hardly reach it with my middle finger, very tight and pointing back basically towards my bottom. I know tilted cervix/uterus is something some people have but it was an overnight occurrence and completely new for me.

I’ve heard some people say that could mean pregnancy but is that anyone’s experience? Mine was always been very consistently normal.
