Loss of symptoms
Hi ladies, I’m a little worried because at 10 weeks I have lost all my symptoms, except frequent urination. My nausea is gone, tender boobs are gone, my nipples are still slightly sensitive. So worried about a missed miscarriage. Wondering if anyone else had a loss of symptoms this early and had everything be fine.
