Glucose test!
Hi guys so my 1 hour glucose test came out high at 160, so i have to go back & do the 3 hour one on Wednesday. I know it’s a day away, do y’all think not eating sugar at all for tomorrow will make a difference. I have to be there at 8 am, today I didn’t eat any sugar except for a yogurt, someone tell me that it’ll help my results 😭😭 i don’t wanna be poking my finger everyday 😰😩
