Had an extremely heavy period with clots with a negative pregnancy test.. when then bleeding stopped a pregnancy test was positive.. it was darker when there was blood in my urine

Doctors said wait 2 weeks and test again, if it’s negative then it was a miscarriage, if it’s positive then it’s a current ongoing pregnancy..

It’s been 2 weeks and I’ve had two bleeds and I’m no longer bleeding and it’s stayed a feint positive for the entire 2 weeks like the first two tests in the picture..

I’ve been extremely fatigue, my entire core and obliques are sore like I’ve been working out.. I get shark pains through my cervix.. I have sharp pains on both sides but not in an obvious way... I get intense period pains once in a while

What could be happening?

The light bleeding has been brown or bright red but most of it has constantly been pink with a tun of egg white CM
