Ultrasound still looking like alien at 13 weeks?

Had a surprise ultrasound yesterday at 13+2 - and I am now wondering, after looking at everybody else’s 13 week ultrasound on here, if it looks normal??? lol? I know I shouldn’t compare, but it just looks different to others. I can’t tell if it’s just because of the angle/different zoom or what. My baby was spine-up initially so my dr had to push on my stomach to get the baby to move so we could get a semi-decent look at something besides the back. 😂😂
