TWINS?!? 😱

So Saturday I went to the Emergency Room for lower abdominal pain... they did a pregnancy test and surprise?! I’m pregnant. They did an ultrasound to take a look at my ovaries and found a huge 4.5 cm cyst on my left one 😱 and a 1.7 cm one that had ruptured! Then out of no where the Ultrasound tech was like congrats you’re having twins?!? Like omg say what?!? My only concern is that there was no yolk sacs and only gestational sacs :( I was only 5 weeks when I went so they said I could miscarry or it could just be too soon. Has anyone ever had experience with this? I am freaking out and my OB won’t do an ultrasound for a couple more weeks 😩 this is killing me. Please say a prayer 🙏🏼
