Waiting on STD results

So I’m pretty sure I have an STD. I went to the doctor yesterday and they said the results take a few days, but I’m in so much pain right now like I’m literally on the verge of tears. Does anyone know of anything to temporarily alleviate the symptoms while I wait. It’s a constant burning sensation that gets worse when I sit down. I feel like I’m on fire!!! Help, please!!!
