I keep getting comments about being small!

I was overweight before getting pregnant. I have lost about 7 lbs. But my belly never really stuck out prior to about 19 weeks. I am 5’6” and 213lbs. My dr has not expressed concern but people keep making me feel so worried.. I am 27 weeks tomorrow
