Please help...

I just found out im pregnant.. Real early. But im having the worst pain/cramping beside my belly button on the right. And right ovary(?)... Could it be from gas? A hot bath relieved it but as soon as i got out and moving it started hurting again .. Ideas? Opinions?

(Was checked for ectopic/tubal but all is good)

EDITED to add.. They did see a cyst on my right side!
