FIRST MONTH TRACKING OVULATION, HELP!
Hey guys, I'm going to be tracking my ovulation using OPK strips and CM next month but wanted to know when's the best time to start testing?
I saw someone say some people ovulate right after their period, some will ovulate middle of month.
Should I be testing twice a day?
Should I be testing every day of the month?
Any advice is appreciated!
