I'm a virgin, but my brother isn't

I am 17 years old and have a younger brother who just turned 14. He previously had a relationship in which he lost his virginity. I don't want to get into the specifics but it was brought up by my parents and my brother made a joke about me being a virgin. Ofc my parents defended me, but that's not the point.

His remark made me feel bad about myself. I have always had low self esteem. I have never had a boyfriend, been kissed, or even held hands with a guy. It makes me feel even worse about myself because I have never felt desired. And I know that should not matter, but it sucks to never have experienced anything remotely romantic with a guy.

I just needed to rant. Thank you to those who read this. Would really appreciate some feedback.
