C-section is planned for a Thursday, I’m scheduled a 12hr shift on Wednesday. Gotta save the little bit of leave I get! Welcome to the U.S.

I’m a STAHM....so right around never lol. It’s this weird little job where there are no vacations, holiday’s or maternity leave. 🤪

Having a Csection on a Tuesday, so I'll do my last day the Friday before. Tie up loose ends over the weekend. 
Monday spend with just my hubby ans daughter.
In Ontario Canada if you go on leave early it counts towards your time off. I'd rather have more time with my baby then at home waiting.

I’m not taking it until the week of my due date because we just can’t afford not too and I want to use all of my paid time. I only get 8 weeks 100% plus my two weeks of vacation and then up to 25weeks at 60% if I want but I’ll probably only use two maybe three weeks so that way I can get my full three months. As long as doctor and I think it’s safe but I work in a bank and I’m sitting most of the day so I’m not too worried.

I work part time at a pool life guarding. I’m stopping dec 21 at 27 weeks. I’m from Canada and am taking 18 months off. But we are going to have 3 three and under.

33 weeks ... but I’m in the UK and mat leave is pretty good here :-)
