What was the earliest you had postpartum sex?

Did it hurt? Was it before the recommended 6 weeks?

I definitely wait the 6 weeks, you will have a huge wound healing inside your uterus from the placenta after you give birth and I had to have stitches which was a bit tender in that area after they healed . We waited til closer to 8 weeks and took it really slow, lube was definitely needed for comfort.

8 weeks after my first. And it was horrifyingly painful. Even with lubes, I wanted to scream and cry. It took a long time to be comfortable again.
Currently 2 weeks pp after my second and sex is not happening anytime soon.

Waited for 6 weeks plus clearance from my Dr.
You have a dinner plate size wound inside. Infection risk is high so you don't want to encourage that... even if you feel fine and have stopped bleeding. Wait atleast the 6 weeks.

I had hernia surgery after both of my pregnancies. It hurt like a mofo after my first baby. ( almost like sandpaper). 
The second wasn’t that bad
