Nytol uk mommas

Any uk momma used nytol. I’m really struggling getting to sleep. My little seems to be an early bird and her long sleep in between 7/8 to 3am. I’m a night owl so it doesn’t matter how tried I am I just can’t fall asleep. I just lie there until 11 and then I’m woken up by Baby only a couple of hours later. I’m happy to take it as it’s only a antihistamine but a little worried about waking up to see to her in the night?
