membrane sweep, lost mucus plug 😬

i had a membrane sweep done on wednesday morning! early this morning i lost my mucus plug, ive been having cramping/contractions ever since i got the sweep done. i’m also 38 weeks and 5 days! did anyone go through the same thing and how soon did you go into labor after?
