So i know hsv1 or the cold sore virus is very common in adults i didn't even know i had it (never had any symptoms that i know of). But now being pregnant im so scared of spreading it to my baby when shes born.. Ive read so many scary stories of babies becoming infected and dying from it. Is there any moms that have dealt with this and have tips on how to keep your baby safe its so contagious, i know im gonna want to kiss my baby but im too scared to even think about it right now, ive actually thought about just avoiding it all together.. Has anyone dealt with this and things turned out okay?
