Thanksgiving Dinner

So I’m a little proud of myself, and my husband for helping. Unfortunately, we were unable to make the 13 hour drive down south for Thanksgiving this year. My second time ever cooking a turkey. ☺️ So I removed all the inside stuff and use that to make a stock for the stuffing and gravy. The turkey was actually done an hour early (good thing I checked before my timer went off). So I rush to get all the sides in the oven. What luck that all 3 cooked at the same temperature! Also glad I did all the boiling and mashing yesterday. 😉 My first time ever cooking stuffing, sweet potato casserole, and green bean casserole. I don’t like green bean casserole but it was pretty tasty. My husband dropped about a third of it on the oven door but we still had plenty. Just wanted to brag a little.
